Sharm Reef experience

It was our first time at Sharm El Sheikh , and we spent 2 wonderful weeks at Sharm Reef Hotel. Everyone from The hotel staff .. the reception Abdou Alaa...the restaurent Reda Houssem, Sayed, Ibrahim , Mohamed , the animation team special mention to Bebo and Ibrahim and Jo, Bassam and Ali at the pool made our stay amazing. The rooms are very clean .The food was good and quiet varied ..... the activities at the pool were so much enjoyable. We are very happy about our stay and we will certainly comeback. We highly recomand this hotel.

Sharm Reef - Where the hospitality is 5*

The hospitality was 5* All staff took the time to take care of you and get to know you. We formed really good relationships with many of the team. A huge thank you to Ashraf in the dining room who would come and talk to us every meal and make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was very clean. The staff really do care about the hotel. You can see their love for the place. The grounds, swimming pool, restaurant, and other areas are kept immaculate. We would go back for the care and consideration of the staff alone. They made a real effort for New Year's Eve. A lovely cocktail reception, dinner, and entertainment. Sharm Reef extended our checkout with no extra charge. I didn't even need to ask.

There are two pools. The larger pool was not heated, so its a bit too cold to use in December. I did try! The hotel was very quiet. The animation team worked hard to keep everyone entertained, but it was difficult with not so many people. The animation team were really friendly and fun. The Sharm Reef beach is located away from the hotel. There is a shuttle that takes you on the hour. There is a bed of sand to sun bathe on, but no direct access to the sea. You have to descend down some steps to go in.

Never 3 stars !!

I would never say that this Hotel by all the facilities inside is a 3 stars one, definitely it deserves 4 at least. - Room size is good with a side view to the main swimming pool. - Staff is very friendly and helpful. - 3 big swimming pools and a private small one, one of them is heated , leaves you with multiple choices to spend a nice time in a different one each day - Food is geat with multiple choices, special thanks to Pastry Chef, what a tasty deserts he cooks . - Entertainment at night is interesting. Special thanks to Abdo and Alaa From Reception, Chef Reda and to the main pool life guard Guy from upper Egypt., you really made my day . I would classify this Hotel as a 4 stars one or at aleast the best 3 stars I stayed in ever in Sharm . Definitely I will be back ISA

The beach was not the best beaches at Sharm Elsheikh, however they have 3 pools at the hotel.

I staude here 1 month i tried too go too another hotel But it was not the same standard It frels like Home from far away The stars off the hotel is the personel working at the hotel All soo good too the guest From the reception are they very friendly and want too help if you have questions In the bar there is Mohammed and sayed they are soo great The entertainment team has a lot of great excutsions for party and they always give a great party Vibe In the kitchen at the restaurant are the Esters always ready too give you youre drinks or redvine for food And the chefs at the kitchen are so great with request about food The cleaning of the room is very good But all staff here are great And if you want too be in good place with europaish Fiesta its great There is a lot off dames sweedish and people from norway Happy holiday

The hotel is good, the staff is very good, the food is good compared to other hotels in Sharm El Sheikh, the pool is very good, clean and large, and the beach was good.

My stay was all inclusive, but they will not allow wine to be given in the pool, only in the restaurant while eating, and also alcoholic drinks start at 11 am and pm only. Also, there are no services included in the stay at the beach. Everything must be paid. Lunch time is very short. The beach is not inside the hotel. You can take a bus, but it is very close. I did not like that the bus is not air conditioned. There is also no wifi in the rooms.

Amazing

Great value for money! The staff is super friendly and helpful, food is amazing with various options, spacious and nice rooms, beautiful environment with flowers and palm trees, great place to relax.

Free wi-fi only in the lobby, we paid extra 5 eur each for the paid wi-fi which worked properly in the pool area but very slow in the room or in the restaurant.

Really beautiful hotel. But the personell was the best part they were absolutely amazing. Ali in the reception who’s responsible for transportation was honestly one of the kindest and most genuine people I ever met. All of the guys loved him️

Great value for the money.

What I really appreciated was the variety of the food and its quality and freshness. The staff was just extraordinary and outstanding, specifically Tarek from the Maintenance - super warm, kind man. I have never seen such dedication to guests and enthusiasm for the original and funny towel folding mastery in my life. Rooms were cleaned every day. The pool bar staff was friendly and relaxed, spreading a good vibe. Furthermore, when I had got sick at the end of our stay, and I was really not able to do anything, the staff managed to bring a special lunch for the sick one to the hotel room. A giant bowl of broth with vegetables and meat, plain rice, and fruits. I really had a feeling I was taken care of and I got improved! Splendid!

Occasionally, the communication between reception and us was a bit ineffective. Partner asked to bring an extra bottle of water and get our fridge re-filled with the sodas. Three times we received the answer “OK, No problem”, but the next and the other day, the fridge was still empty. Otherwise, everything else was great, and the reception staff was very helpful too!

Excellent holiday

The bed was very comfortable, firm and supportive for by back as I have back issues. AC worked, always warm water in the shower, everything I need in the bedroom. The food was delicious and varied, served with care and a smile. Excellent service at the pool and amazing snorkeling at the beach. The best thing was the wonderful staff who worked tirelessly in the heat. I felt I made new friends. Thank you so much for all you do to make your guests happy and give them a good holiday. You are amazing! God bless you for all your kindness!

Maybe could be better coffee, and periods without any music around the pool.

Good but could be better

All staff were professional and friendly. Access to the beach was an advantage. Enough food variety to satisfy everyone's taste. Great Value for Money.

Not a resort. The name is actually Sharm Reef Hotel. There was no gym on-site. WiFi is Not free in the hotel, except at reception and its only for texting. The shuttle service to the beach is every hour but should be every 30 minutes since the beach is only 4 minutes away. The loud speakers in the pool are old and noisy. The music on the pool deck stops at 11 pm so if you want to sleep early, you are not going to be able to. The pool deck bar closes at 11pm.
